This web tool was created in ArcGIS Online's Web Experience application with the intention to significantly improve the DHSEM's awareness of critical infrastructure assets around the state of Colorado. The user can select a radius measurement, draw their own point, line, or polygon, or select an existing one on the map, and generate a summary of every critical infrastructure asset within the designated area. Furthermore, the user can export a PDF report detailing the information from the summary plus additional information from the data's attributes. The tool was designed to be intuitive and will be used by non-GIS personnel to protect Colorado's most important infrastructure and keep Coloradans safe.

Data security is also imperative to the DHSEM's critical infrastructure program. The tool hosts two pages, secure and open data, to allow for access control depending on the security clearance of specific users. Additionally, the attributes from the data that appear in the PDF report can be completely customized to only include essential information; hiding information that data sharers want to keep private.
